Wanna try my method of training? I´ve put all my knowledge and all these years working with pro players inside this 12 week program. You will be training 5 times per week. Not every session is going to be as intense as you think , there are times that you need to rest ( active rest ) so you will be doing a lot of core and injury prevention. There is a mix between field and gym sessions, but you will be doing mostly gym sessions. On mondays you will do an active rest ( in case you play that weekend) and you will also do upper body CORE. Tuesday will be for lower body strength + plyometrics. Wednesday will be speed, agility and explosiveness with some STAMINA drills. Thursday you will do a full body strength and power session and Friday you will rest an do some CORE with a full body mobility to get you ready for your match day! This program was tested with some of the most athletic players in the world, and now YOU can be part of it!
