This program was NOT created for beginners, since it contains 5 training sessions per week. 

There are also sessions that you will be doing on field. You will just need some cones and a lot of energy since they are really intense. I added a pre-activation , mobility and warm-up to do before each training and a full body stretching to do after.

My plan was designed with my professional staff and is intended to teach the athlete how they should train in order to perform at their best on the field. These are all drills and exercises that I used with the professional team I have coached, so you will understand how professional players train (at the gym and on the field).

I created videos + PDF so it's easy to follow the program with no issues.
